Lauren

Hi! My name is Lauren, and I joined the team at Westonka Animal Hospital in June of 2022. I grew up in Mound, spent some time in Duluth for college, and eventually found my way back home—where I was lucky enough to land a job at Westonka! Before working here, I gained valuable experience (and discovered my passion for animal care) while working at a humane society in Duluth.

In 2022, I adopted Nova, an Aussie/Pyrenees mix whose gentle heart and boundless affection have brought so much joy into my life. I also share my days with our family dog, Belle — a sassy little Yorkie mix who’s convinced she runs the show.

When I’m not at work, you can usually find me outside. I love hiking and swimming in the summer, and when winter rolls around, I enjoy snowboarding.

I’m grateful to continue learning with this amazing team and excited to meet our wonderful clients and their beloved pets!
